Same Booking, Every Platform: Fee & Payout Comparison
Enter one booking and see it priced everywhere at once. Every percentage is editable — platform fees vary by country, program and date, so set them to what your accounts actually charge.

Between the best channel and Airbnb host-only, the gap on bookings like this is a year at your pace.
Defaults: Airbnb split 3% host / ~14.2% guest; Airbnb host-only ~15%; Vrbo 5% commission + 3% processing until Oct 28, 2026, then a single 12% commission, with a guest service fee of roughly 6–15% (10% used here); Booking.com commission is typically around 15% but varies widely by country and program; direct bookings still pay card processing (about 3%). Guest totals exclude taxes. Confirm your own rates in each platform's fee summary — then edit the boxes.
Reading the table
Your payout is only half the story. A channel can pay you more per booking while showing the guest a higher total (guest-side fees), which can cost you conversion — or pay less while looking cheaper to guests. Direct bookings win on both columns, which is why hosts build them with a booking website and channel manager (see the break-even math and how we test tools on the About page).
